Care Plan & Maintenance

A website is not a one-time project. It needs updates, backups, security patches, and occasional content changes. Most business owners either ignore this until something breaks or pay a developer hourly for tasks that should take 10 minutes.

My care plan covers all of it for a flat monthly rate so your site stays healthy and you stay out of it.

Do I have to use all three services together?
No. Each service stands on its own. That said, the combination of a modern site, a care plan, and smart automation is where clients typically see the biggest operational shift.
How long does a website take?
Most projects take 3 to 5 weeks from kickoff to launch. Timeline depends on how quickly we move through feedback rounds and how much content you already have ready.
What if I already have a website?
I can audit your existing site and tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just some targeted fixes. If a care plan is a better fit than a new build, I'll say so.
Do you work with businesses outside Butler, PA?
Yes. Everything is remote-friendly. I have a preference for Western PA businesses but work with clients anywhere.
What tools do you use for automation?
It depends on what you already have. I work with Make, Zapier, and custom-built solutions using the Claude API and other AI tools. I recommend the right tool for the job, not the flashiest one.
