I spent a decade inside one of the largest technology companies in the world, and I learned the gap most businesses fall into.

At a Fortune 500 enterprise software company, I worked for 10+ years bridging the divide between complex enterprise software and the people who had to use it. That meant translating dense technical capability into plain business language. It meant sitting across the table from executives, IT teams, and end-users and bridging the gap between what they needed and what the system was delivering.

What I kept seeing, especially with smaller and mid-size organizations, was that the gap between "what technology could do for this business" and "what this business was actually getting from technology" was enormous. Not because the tools weren't there, but because no one was fully leveraging their capabilities.

That's the problem Rombold Labs exists to solve. I'm not a freelancer who slaps together a WordPress template and calls it a day. I'm someone who understands how business operations work, where the real bottlenecks are, and how to build the right tool for the specific problems you face.

I'm based in Butler, PA. I work with local businesses across Western Pennsylvania and remotely with clients anywhere.
